The Orvis Recon 9′ 8 weight Fly Rod is one of the two best-selling Recon length and line weight configurations. (The other one is the 905-4.) For the saltwater angler, the 908-4 is generally the first rod in the quiver based solely on its versatility in species. From bonefish to bonito, stripers to bluefish, false albacore to redfish, the Recon 908-4 is a saltwater workhorse that can do it all. With improved accuracy and strength, this rod is a sight fishing gem.
