Flows coming from Holter Dam are steady at 4,080cfs with temps beginning to creep up in the next few days. The town of Craig has gotten a sneak preview of Fall over the last few days, with a light dusting of snow in the peaks and some higher winds. Water temp has dropped slightly, falling.. read more →

Fishing out on the Missouri continues to be very productive, if you know how to get the moss off you’re fly in a hurry. The mornings are definitely more productive than the evenings with massive Trico spinner falls happening daily around 8:30 or 9:00 am. Flows this morning are remaining steady in the low to mid 4K range. Good for wading and floating alike. Water temps are 64 degrees at Holter Dam in the mornings and peaking up a few degrees in the afternoons. Not bad for early August. Flows this morning dropped slightly to 4,340 cfs at Holter Dam, water temps there are 62 in the morning.
